  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location as per

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our courier services will make three calls before attempting to deliver your order.
  • Failed delivery attempts up to three times will lead to order cancellation.
  • Remote areas: Gayathi, Ruwais, Al Dhafra, Sila, Nahil, Hameem, Bar AL Shams, Zubair, Ramlah, and many other regions.

2.3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day of placing your order.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • International orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Issues
4.1. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not
    responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4.2. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at
