Returns & Refund Policy

At BAREEQUE we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them. Items with signs of misuse will not be eligible for returns.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, including jewelry boxes, tags, wrapping, etc.
  • Returns and refunds are not applicable for international orders.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional/discount code.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, as cash refunds are not feasible.
  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.

1.3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bybareeque.com with your order number, item image, and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Take proper care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you do not fulfill this responsibility, we may deduct the cost of any damages from your refund, up to the full value of the Product(s).
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds may take time to be reflected in your bank account. Allow time for your bank to process and post the refund, and check with your bank regularly.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please contact us at  hello@bybareeque.com and we will check it.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@bybareeque.com.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1. Order Cancellation Request

  • Order cancellation is only applicable for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
  • You may request an order cancellation within 1 day from your purchase order, and before your order is processed and ready for delivery.
  • Please contact us immediately at WhatsApp: +971 54 771 7724 or hello@bybareeque.com. To assist you properly, provide your name, order number, and reason for the cancellation.

5. Return Costs

5.1. Return Shipping/Other Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their shipping costs and hidden costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, payment percentages, credit card charges, and bank fees will be deducted from your refund.

5.2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and other costs.
